A Perfect Stranger

A perfect stranger an unknown face
Steadily invades my personal space
I stand there with my defences broken
Comprehending words this stranger had spoken
I wonder how someone so unknown
Can seem so special , like someone your own

A perfect stranger an unknown face
Steadily invades my personal space
Of both the heart and subconscious mind
A feeling so alien yet of a familiar kind...
A healing touch worth a lifelong wait-
Now slowly attends to my wounded fate

A perfect stranger an unknown face
Steadily invades my personal space
A sea of Love that inundates
Is breaking through my heart's floodgates
This joy of being complete ,so deep within
Purges me of my darkest guilt and sin

A perfect stranger an unknown face
Steadily invades my personal space
With feelings of ecstacy and sweet spasms
Of unconditional love , of unending orgasms-
My soul so stirred has impatiently waited
To become one again ,with whom it had mated.

A perfect stranger an unknown face
Steadily invades my personal space
I have now found what the heart had sought
The spring of true love to me has brought-
A harvest of feelings though not home-grown
Triggering emotions so pure, hitherto unknown.

Love is purity and sacrifice,
It sure does come for a price ,

A perfect lover ,a beautiful face,
Now adorns my heart's place...

  2. I like the pacing of your poem. You've used an iambic tetrameter very consistently, and flows like a song with the rhyme. Bravo. =]
